We submitted out Federal tax return with an error that shorted us $500 on our refund. I was just getting ready to file an amendment. I got a letter in the mail today saying they had caught the error. We were credited the extra in our refund!

haha thats a funny name for a post. I hope that I'm blessing the irs when we find out about our taxes. I'm lucky, I have a sister who is an accountant and she always manages to get us some back. I'm not sure we'll be so lucky this year though.
